Overview
We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Commercial Managers to help us grow by securing new client sites, whether whitespace or switching from other providers. You’ll manage a specific territory (North East & Scotland), owning the full sales process from early engagement through to contract signature, before handing over to our Account Management team.
This role is key to our expansion, and we’re looking for someone who can build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and consistently deliver results.
Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities

Research your territory and identify high-potential sites

Develop a clear understanding of clients and their markets

Manage the sales process from first contact to contract signature

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth handover

Confidence in presenting to clients and colleagues

Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed
Territory: North East & Scotland
Experience in the parking industry is desirable.
